My Work
REAL WORK.
REAL RESULTS.
Fourteen case studies across SEO, Meta Ads, Google Ads, social media, and content strategy. Every number here is real.
Steves Ai Lab is an AI development company building custom LLMs, generative AI models, and enterprise AI solutions. When I joined in January 2026, the brand had a website but almost no organic visibility, no active social media presence, and no content strategy. The goal was to build everything from the ground up across SEO, content, social media, and paid ads, and turn the digital presence into a real lead-generation engine.
- Indexed all website pages on Google, identified and fixed technical errors across the site in the first month
- Started a BD article strategy and began building SEO-focused backlink content from week one
- Scaled to 450+ published articles with 427 successfully indexed on Google by April 2026
- Built 200+ quality backlinks with 140+ indexed to support organic ranking growth
- Created and grew official social media profiles across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and YouTube
- Designed all social media posts, promotional creatives, and demo content in Canva
- Designed the full layout, content, and structure of the new brand website and guided the developer through the entire build
With the website and content foundation in place, the next step was paid acquisition. I designed and launched a fully customised Meta Ads lead generation campaign targeting two distinct audiences: AI and SaaS professionals, and healthcare and business owners. I created all ad creatives from scratch in Canva, wrote all copy, structured the campaign into two ad sets, and managed the optimisation throughout the campaign period.
- Designed all ad creatives for both ad sets in image and video formats using Canva
- Structured the campaign into two targeted ad sets: AI and SaaS, and Healthcare and Business Owners
- Ran A/B variations across 7 individual ads to identify the best performing creative and audience combination
- Generated 10 leads in 6 days from the lead-form campaign
- Best performing ad (Ad Set 2, Ad 4) delivered 5 leads at Rs 1,790 per lead with 901 reach
- Monitored campaign delivery daily, paused underperforming ads, and reallocated budget to top performers
- Also managed a separate brand awareness campaign generating 88 landing page views at Rs 63.93 per view with a reach of 10,561
Making Waves Okoboji is a women-owned boat cruise business on Lake Okoboji, Iowa. Their Google Ads account was leaking budget fast. A Performance Max campaign was showing ads for unrelated ocean and river cruises, conversion tracking was broken, the negative keyword list was empty, and unrealistic target CPAs were forcing Google to count junk clicks as conversions. The account needed a full rebuild from the ground up.
- Built a complete Google Ads implementation guide covering 20 prioritised tasks across the account
- Fixed conversion tracking by connecting the thank-you page through Google Tag Manager
- Paused the wasteful Performance Max campaign and moved all budget to a controlled Search campaign
- Built a full negative keyword list to block boat rentals, ocean cruises, and competitor searches
- Restructured keywords with location targeting and added high-intent converting search terms
- Set device, demographic, and ad schedule bid adjustments based on real conversion data
- Rewrote the responsive search ad with 15 headlines covering bachelorette, sunset, and group cruise intents
Lake Life Pontoon Cruises is a Canadian pontoon cruise brand with no paid search presence at all. With the summer season approaching, they wanted a steady flow of online booking enquiries but had no Google Ads account, no conversion tracking, and no keyword strategy. The job was to build a clean, conversion-ready Search campaign from zero and launch it in time for peak season.
- Built the Google Ads account from scratch with a structured Search campaign and 4 themed ad groups: sunset cruises, private group charters, family day cruises, and special occasions
- Ran keyword research and built a 60+ keyword list mapped to real booking intent
- Set up conversion tracking through Google Tag Manager for the booking enquiry form and phone call clicks
- Configured location targeting around the lake region with radius bidding and exclusions for irrelevant areas
- Wrote responsive search ads with 15 headlines per ad group tailored to each cruise type
- Built an initial negative keyword list to block boat rentals, boat sales, and DIY searches before launch
- Launched on a controlled daily budget with manual CPC to gather clean early performance data
After the campaign had run for a few weeks, the search terms report told a familiar story: budget was leaking on broad, low-intent queries while a smaller set of terms quietly drove every enquiry. The next phase was a deep keyword optimisation pass to cut wasted spend, lift quality scores, and push budget toward the searches that actually converted.
- Reviewed 900+ live search terms to separate genuine booking queries from junk traffic
- Added 120+ negative keywords to block boat rental, boat sales, fishing, and out-of-area searches
- Paused 35 underperforming keywords carrying high spend and zero conversions
- Tightened match types, moving high-intent terms to phrase and exact match for tighter control
- Restructured ad groups around the best converting themes to lift ad relevance and quality score
- Adjusted bids by device, time of day, and location based on real conversion data
- Refreshed ad copy to mirror the winning search terms, improving expected click through rate
Alongside internal marketing work, I handled SEO audit projects for clients across very different industries. Each project followed the same process: a full technical crawl, a detailed report identifying every critical, high, and medium severity issue, a clear step-by-step action plan, a client presentation, approval, and then execution of the fixes. Clients ranged from a mental health practice and a law firm to an architecture school, a luxury fashion brand, a fitness equipment store, a postpartum care service, and a music magazine.

Well Supported Family rebranded from Nightingale Night Nurses onto a new WordPress site and organic traffic collapsed by 92% almost overnight, dropping the business to roughly half its normal booking capacity. They needed a fast, accurate diagnosis of what the rebrand had broken.
- Ran a full technical crawl of 474 URLs on the new site
- Cross-checked crawl data against Google Search Console to isolate the exact cause of the drop
- Grouped every issue found by severity to prioritise what was actually driving the traffic loss
- Built a prioritised fix list targeting the critical issues first
Lowered Loans, a mortgage broker business run by Scott Leventhal, had no social media presence at all. The brief was to launch Instagram and Facebook from scratch and give the business a professional first impression online.
- Created new Instagram Business and Facebook Business accounts from scratch
- Designed the logo, branding, and cover banner for both platforms
- Published launch content to establish an initial presence
- Built a 10-day content plan moving from trust-building to education to testimonials to a clear call to action
- Advised on account security and ownership handoff to the client

- Cross-referenced 12 months of Google Search Console, GA4, and Shopify sales data against 1,051 active product URLs
- Identified which products had zero search visibility and why
- Scored overall site health to give a clear baseline for improvement
India Infotech manages SEO for 45+ brands across fashion, fitness, food, beauty, and lifestyle. The challenge was maintaining high-quality off-page SEO at scale, building backlinks that were genuinely authoritative, not just numerous. All client brands were targeting top 10 Google rankings and every link had to meet strict quality standards. The agency needed consistent execution, clean reporting, and zero compromise on domain authority thresholds.
- Created 80+ quality backlinks every working day across 45+ client brands, all on sites with DA/PA above 70
- Performed competitor backlink analysis to identify link opportunities being used by rival brands
- Optimised meta titles and meta descriptions for client websites, with direct client communication for approval
- Worked on product showcase page optimisation and on-page content formatting across multiple clients
- Verified backlink quality, tested placements, and resolved technical link building issues for the SEO team
- Tracked keyword rankings using Rank Tracker and manual methods to monitor client performance week to week
- Promoted to the Research Team within 4 months of joining, shifting from execution to intelligence and strategy
As the SEO team scaled to 45+ clients, the biggest bottleneck was finding new, high-quality backlink sites that were not overused, not spammy, and genuinely relevant to each industry. The agency needed a dedicated research function that could continuously supply the team with fresh, qualified link-building opportunities every single week. I was promoted into this role after 4 months of front-line SEO execution.
- Discovered and vetted 5 to 10 new high-quality backlink sites every week for the entire SEO team
- Applied strict quality filters with DA/PA above 60 and spam score under 11% on every site shortlisted
- Built and maintained a master database of 1,000+ quality backlink sources across multiple industries
- Researched and evaluated new SEO and outreach tools to improve the team's link-building efficiency
- Identified guest posting platforms and outreach opportunities relevant to each client's niche
- Provided structured weekly reports on new site discoveries, quality scores, and recommended usage by client type
Ed Hardy was one of the best known brands in the India Infotech portfolio. I already built quality backlinks and ran competitor backlink analysis for it, but links only work when the pages they point to are well optimised. So I also took on the on-page side: choosing the right keyword for each page and making sure the titles, headings and descriptions supported it.
- Researched keywords and studied competitor pages to find the terms worth targeting for the brand
- Mapped each target keyword to the right page, so pages were not competing with each other
- Optimised keyword placement, H1 and H2 headings, meta titles and meta descriptions
- Improved the structure and formatting of product showcase pages and page content
- Built quality backlinks on DA/PA 70+ sites to support the optimised pages
- Tracked keyword rankings with Rank Tracker and manual checks every week
Five brands in the India Infotech portfolio, covering sports retail, home improvement, beauty, nutrition and groceries, needed a clear keyword plan before any page could be optimised. Each market searches differently, so I researched every brand on its own terms and turned the findings into page-level actions for the SEO team.
- Ran keyword research for each of the five brands using Ahrefs and SEMrush
- Analysed competitors to find keyword gaps and ranking opportunities in each market
- Mapped the best keywords to specific pages and noted where headings and meta titles needed to change
- Optimised keyword placement, H1 and H2 headings, meta titles and descriptions for the mapped pages
- Tracked keyword rankings with Rank Tracker and manual checks to see which changes worked
